How much notice do you require to place an order?

We do our best to accommodate all orders, however, we typically require a minimum of ONE WEEK notice to guarantee an order is possible by the requested time. Our suggestion: once you know what you’re looking for, get your order in to ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Can you make it just like the picture?

Here at BAKED we want to get your design just right, but keep in mind, cakes are an art! Just like painting and handwriting, cake decorating styles are unique to the decorator. We will do our best to reference any photos or examples you bring us, but please allow for some differences; these are the elements that make our cakes unique!

Your hours say you aren’t open Sunday and Monday. Can I still pick up my order on those days?

Even though our store isn’t open on Sunday and Mondays for walk-in treats, we do our best to accommodate order pick-ups every day of the week. If you’re looking to pick-up your order on one of our “Closed” days, please speak with one of our staff members to make special arrangements, and we would be happy to work something out for you! We truly appreciate that you’ve chosen to get your sweet treats from BAKED!
